Born and raised in Southern California, Courtney provides her clients with a wealth of industry knowledge as well as a full luxury concierge experience. She is known for her strong work ethic, meaningful connections, and demonstrated resourcefulness, allof which shine through in her professional endeavours. Her professionalism is complemented by her empathetic attitude and warm sense of humor.
As a NAR member with a keen eye for investment opportunities, she also specializes in helping investors maximize their returns in this dynamic real estate market. Personally, she has been investing and flipping houses, managing all aspects of the process from project conception through completion for over a decade, and has had great success in doing so. She has the advantage and experience of being able to efficiently execute the transaction process as well as the design and construction aspects of real estate.
Courtney received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication with an emphasis in Advertising and a minor in Business Management from San Diego State University in 2007. She went on to work for a national restaurant corporation specializing in new property openings before landing a job with a prominent, high-end residential general contractor. There, she built and fostered relationships with many of the most notable architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors in the industry while learning the ins and outs of luxury residential construction. While there, her love for buying and selling real estate emerged. After obtaining her real estate license, Courtney has freelanced in interior design as well as helped clients with staging needs. Courtney is an active member of the Encinitas community, and outside of work, she loves to spend time with her family.
